We love watching Mister Maker and all of the nifty things he creates. A couple of weeks ago Mister Maker made a train from cardboard boxes and I knew I just had to make one for the ‘train crazy’ Elliott. The photos below show what materials I used and how I put it together. It was so easy, just stick boxes, round container and the lids together with a bit of PVC glue, leave it to dry and bam, you have a train!
I had plans to paint the train, but as soon as the Glue had dried, Elliott was keen to take it for a spin. Then I thought, if he knows it’s a train, there’s no need to paint it. The great thing about this train is that you can open the lid on the cylinder and use it to store pencils, pens and crayons!
