Younique 3D Fiber Lash Mascara

Younique Fiber Lash Mascara

I lucked out in the eyelash department and I can’t understand why my husband and son didn’t! They’ve both got the most amazing eyelashes. I’m not a fan of fake eyelashes and have never brought myself to using them but when Rachel from Younique offered for me to try the Younique 3D Fiber Lash Mascara, I jumped at the opportunity. The way this mascara works is really quite nifty. You put on your usual mascara, apply a coat of the Younique transplanting gel (made of beeswax, brazilian palm glue), immediately apply the fibers onto your lashes (100% natural green tea fibres) and then seal with another coat of transplanting gel. And…VA VA Voom!  Best of all, the lashes easily wash off with warm water and cleanser.

If you are eyelash challenged like me, you’ve got to get a hold of these Younique 3D Fiber Lashes. You can purchase them here at Younique by Rachel Suesskow {click on link}. There’s even a product guarantee if they’re not what you were after.

Little Mashies Reusable Ziplock Food Pouches

Little Mashies reusable food pouches

Seriously, the amount of money I was spending on the little squeezy yoghurts was ridiculous. I’d spend about $1.60 each for a 70mL yoghurt pouch and to me that’s an absolute rip off. I was lucky enough to trial these freezer safe, dishwasher safe, BPA free reusable food pouches and they have not only saved me money, but I know exactly what goes in the pouch. Instead of spending $1.60 per pouch, I purchase y0ghurt in bulk, spoon it in and zip it up! Elliott is a bit past purees now, but this is also such a great idea for younger kids who still enjoy their purees.  It’s easy for Mums too, make a big batch of purees, fill the pouches and pop them in the freezer to use when you need them!

If you want to save money on your kids food and you’d prefer to know exactly what’s going into their pouches, why not try the LIttle Mashies. You can purchase them at

Family & Memorial Keepsakes

family & memorial keepsakes

This is a piece created by Family & Memorial Keepsakes for me in memoriam for my little angel which we lost back in February 2014.  Each time I look at it I not only remember the day it happened but it’s a reminder to treasure the wonderful family I have.  I love the fact that you can opt to receive the piece ‘raw’ like I did and then paint it at a later date in a colour to match your decor (which I will be doing with my favourite Annie Sloan paint) or Kelly can paint it for you.  Kelly was so helpful in letting me know what text would fit into the shape that I had suggested and it was sent to me in a jiffy and packed very securely.

There are so many different things to choose from at Family & Memorial Keepsakes. You may be looking for a personalised cake topper, a personalised sign for an event like a wedding or baby shower or even a personalised sign for christmas with a family greeting for your visitors.

Have a look at all the designs and options you can choose from at the Family & Memorial Keepsakes Facebook page. {click on link}

Arbonne RE9 Anti-Ageing Skincare Range

Arbonne Anti-ageing skincare
Ever since my doctor so kindly pointed out that a couple of weird looking spots on my face were age spots, I’ve been trying to amp up my skincare regime. I was sent some samples of the Arbonne RE9 Anti-Ageing system and all I have to say is ‘This stuff is ‘da bomb!’ I thought that the rough texture and feel of my skin was as good as it was going to get but after the first day of using this stuff, my skin had seriously not felt any better. It felt so much smoother, it was more supple and it gave me heaps of confidence.  I’d have to say my favourite is the smoothing facial cleanser, I liked the way it lathered up and I felt the difference immediately after hoping out of the shower, not only did it feel ultra clean but really soft and smooth.

If you’ve been umming and ahhing like me about what anti-ageing regime you’re going to try, I would definitely recommend this one. You can order directly from Brooke who is an Independent Arbonne Consultant by contacting her through her Facebook page. Purchasing the products this way means you get a discounted rate and delivery straight to your door!

Well that 1st Mummy Marketplace was a whole lot of fun, I discovered some great products and I hope you did too!

    I love this idea of a marketplace Eva. I don’t have time to go looking around for cosmetics so even though my kids are grown up it’s lovely that you’ve included stuff for everyone. Why do boys always have the nice lashes?
