Cars Birthday Party Ideas

Elliott has just turned 20 months, which leaves me with 4 months to come up with cars birthday party ideas for his 2nd birthday party. What I do know is that it’s going to be a backyard affair, purely because now we have quite a large one, and it’s perfect for a kids party.

It’s pretty easy to pick the theme of the party – cars. They are everywhere in our house. Elliott has the typical boyish car sounds down pat with saliva spraying as he makes them. He pretends everything is a road, the walls and chairs,  my arms and legs and sometimes our dog, Billy.

So, the theme is picked, but how do I (the non-creative Mummy) do it? Here are some really cool ideas that I’ve come across in my search which I thought I’d share.

Some of those ideas look great!

Sorry, I have nothing to add – three girls means I highly doubt we’ll ever have a car-themed party in this house!

Some lovely ideas. My three are getting a little old for themed parties which makes me a little sad lol.
