Preheat your oven to 130°C. (Yep, it's low, but there's a reason for that!)
Grease and loaf tin and <g class="gr_ gr_1788 gr-alert gr_spell ContextualSpelling ins-del multiReplace" id="1788" data-gr-id="1788">linewith</g> baking paper.
Add the bananas to the Bellini bowl and pulse for 2 seconds.
Add the sugar, bicarb of soda and salt to the Bellini bowl and mix on speed 3 for 30 seconds.
Add the eggs and the oil, pulse 'till combined.
Add the flour and then mix for 20 seconds on speed 3
Add the buttermilk and then mix for 20 seconds on speed 3.
Pour the mixture into the greased tin.
